Recently I have been spending a lot of time looking on Homeware & Interior Blogs and obsessing over the gorgeous layouts and work stations people create. Another thing I am mad about at the moment are Diptyque candles. All hale the Diptyque!
They produce so many fragrances and the packaging and glass pots look great in any room.
Here are a few images of Interior blogs using Diptyque in their posts. Enjoy! GD. X

So recently I have been having a huge clear out of all my clothes, shoes and accessories. I have shifted loads on Ebay and still my spare bedroom is bursting at the seems. Its a total joke.
Over the last month because I have sold so much stuff I thought I kind of need to replace it right? Baring in mind the whole reason for me having my clear out is to make room and save, so perhaps not. Anyway….. these 4 pairs of shoes i just HAD to buy as some of them were the last pairs and were top bargains.

After throwing a number of hissy fits that I couldn’t get to Fashion Week, I decided to bring Fashion Week to me. I set up camp in my living room and streamed all the shows live through my laptop. It kind of just depressed me even more to be honest!
Fashion Week never seems to fail and each year the shows and outfits get better and better. This year its all about Paris for me. I have an extreme soft spot for the place as it is, but when Fashion Week comes to town the place screams chic. Here are a few images from the Chloe show for AW14/15 the use of strong colours and tones compliment each other so well and create the perfect Winter look. GD. X

Another year, another thousands of pounds spent on clothes I REALLY don’t need. The tricky thing is, its the sales! Which means you would be a total idiot not to buy it, Even in Zara where things have been reduced buy £5, JUST BUY IT! This is the reason I am constantly poor….. But who cares when you have nice clothes right?

Anyway, I thought I would do my first blog post of 2014 with a little wish list of things i shall be purchasing this month. Enjoy.

I have been so bad with my blog recently, but with the festive period rather speedily approaching us i have been mad busy. Last week i returned from a 6 day trip in Paris which was quite literally perfect.

We discovered some great concept stores for Christmas Present ideas and may have treated ourselves to one or two bits along the way. If you havnt been then you must visit The Broken Arm which is situated in the Marais area, they have a small Cafe Bar which unfortunately we didn’t get to sample, but it looked insanely yummy! great store which houses all high end designers including a great collection of Kenzo, which drove me wild!

Colette was another great store we visited, again more high end fashion but they also had a great range of Diptyque candles, Jewellery and Home Wear. Another store we spent hours dreaming of what we could buy if we were rich! Story of my life!

I could literally go on and on about amazing places we visited and delicious restaurants we ate at, there were loads and i swear i have come back a stone heavier!

Anyway, I have a load of new exciting Websites that i will be working with in the new year, I have started receiving some really exciting goodies through to feature on Good Day, and I have some new Web Stores for you to visit! I hope everyone is feeling festive! GD.X

All hail Collective Boutique, a fresh jewellery website that is new to the scene. And selling such brands like Fiona Paxton, Dark Horse, Nicola Brighton and many more, it sure is set to be a winner with the fashion forward crowd.

The lovely Hannah from Collective sent me these two beautiful necklaces to feature on Good-Day and iv got to say, i am in love with them both. The gold collar is by John & Pearl and the Intergalactic Statement necklace is by a designer that is new to me called Dark Horse.

I was super lucky to get sent these necklaces as Rosie Fortsescue from At Forte Fashion also got sent some jewellery to feature too. I feel VERY privileged as i really enjoy reading Rosies’s blog.

So guys, if you havnt already then head to Collective Boutique to start your Christmas shopping. After all…..everybody needs a John & Pearl piece in their stocking! GD.X

On Wednesday evening it was the Harvey Nichols AW13 fashion show. Here they showcased all their strong collections and I was lucky enough to get put on the press list and blog about the event! Big smiles!

I have been to these events before and each time they get better and better. With a tempting 15% off across fashion & accessories whats not to enjoy.

The evening started at 7pm with a rolled out red carpet at the front entrance of the store, here you got greeted with complimentary champagne. After a short mooch around the accessories floor and a little drool over the Balenciaga stand, it was time to head into the Victoria Quarter where the show was been held. By now everyone was in high spirits and the champagne was flowing.

Time for the show, as the black curtain got pulled down everyone made there way to the seats. We made sure we sat at the end so we could see the outfits in full. As the music started the models made there way down the catwalk in the most amazing outfits, one after the other. A Talbot Runhoff dress opened the show teamed with a Helmut Lang Jacket and Saint Lauren shoes. I looked at my friend and she looked at me, we knew this was the start of a good show!

After 30mins of pure excitement over clothes and and sexy male models (they were literally perfect) the show came to an end with a Burberry bang. This meant one thing….shopping time. As the ladies flocked to the floors to get there AW13 wardrobes we headed to the shoe department to check out Sophia Webster’s collection.

Unfortunately the evening had to come to an end and it was back to reality. All round this was a perfect evening and if you havnt attended one of these events before then shame on you, you need to! All i can think now is roll on SS14…..eeek. GD.X

Playsuit- C/O Ark Clothing (Twitter @arkclothingcom

This Autumn/ Winter i have developed a huge obsession with the pinifor style dress or better still, shorts! I have managed to form quite a collection of them now so when Ark sent me this little checkered number it was like the final piece to my jigsaw. I really love it, and its such a great work piece teamed with a white blouse and ankle boots. It retails at £22 which is a great price. They also do it red check as well which is equally as lovely. Check them out. GD.X
